Extra dividend for Ima :1,25 euro in November
I don't like extraordinary dividend.. I prefer the company increases ordinary dividend every year and cut the debt.
Hovewer ,2013 for Ima Spa is very extraordinary year and the big dividend is sustainable.

British Land is a REIT and own land and commercial property in London and Great Britain.
Is very similar to Realty Income.
The good news is that British land pays dividend every 3 months like Usa companies(British companies usually pay dividends 2 times a year)
Dividend Yeld is 4,33%
