Stock screeners

Do any of you know of a stock screener where you can create your own parameters using existing metrics? For example if I wanted to scan all stocks for "(Price)/(Net income + depreciation - CapEx) < 15" I could get it.

Yea, stockrover.com can do that ... I didn't see a variable for Depreciation, but they've got nearly everything else:
