Just finished updating the earnings estimates on my DGI stock watch list. Here are stocks with projected 15%+ annual returns.

Lots of decent value. The port got roughed up this year. The dividend redeployment should be fruitful.

Shocked to run some numbers heading into year end. My divvy portfolio, aside from any new money and including drips, is up a healthy 10%+ for 2022.

Awesome! 

I'm not doing quite that well, but am down just 0.7% as of this morning.

Having a great income year though, as dividends are up 15.5% YoY through November.

Here's my latest portfolio update, published a few days ago on Seeking Alpha.

It was a good year in a tough market. Portfolio dropped a bit but beat the market. Income was up 14.27%.
