I have been putting off buying tech for some time now. I made the mistake of not buying 2 years ago and then they ran. Not sure how low they go, But I'm comfortable adding now

Those all look like good buys.

Because the outlook for computers has dropped, HPQ and STX are pretty low now.  Since they pay great dividends, I'd recommend picking them up cheap with the expectation that in 3 years or so they will rebound nicely.

Not too sure about this one, it's a bit risky in my opiniojn, but if they can navigate the current issues then these are definitely bargain prices.

Added some MSFT. I think I have the right amount now, though I wouldn't rule out buying some more if the downward trend continues.
