FDX - any thoughts?

Hi guys,
What are your thoughts on Fedex?
I recently ran a search using a screener and it showed up.

What I like:
- Dominant player in its niche
- >10 yrs dividend growth 
- >8% past and projected revenue growth 
- ROE > 15%
- Value line safety score >=2 
- High dividend growth rate (>30% recently)
- P/E ~20
- Low payout ratio based on earnings

What I don't like:
- Credit score only BBB
- low actual dividend yield of 0.8%
- negative fcf recently

What do you think?

I like FDX but I actually prefer UPS because of the higher yield and its cheap at it's current levels. UPS is down because of the Amazon news. Which I think represents a great buying opportunity. Yield at 3.6% now.

I also like UPS over FDX. The low yield and the negative fcf is what is keeping me away.
