I wish that the default view of a particular thread was newest post on top. going backward for older posts. I almost never remember to click the little number that indicates the last page, and then have to click and wait for another page to open in order to see the latest posts. It seems to me that newest down to oldest is intuitive, going back in time.
Is there a user preference that will reverse the message order for the thread view? The 'view today's posts' filter mostly avoids this issue, but for reviewing messages of a particular thread, for me a newest to oldest order would be helpful.
