How to Handle a Spin Off - Main Street Stock Investor - 11-07-2014 This week Kimberly Clark (KMB) spun off Halyard Health. I sold HYH yesterday and used the funds for my QCOM / MSFT purchases. Basically a one time ~5% dividend from KMB. Thanks guys! |
