When I was younger, I always told myself that when I got to a certain point in my investment horizon I would hold an "x" amount in cash, ~20%, that time has come and it just happens to be while we're living through the second longest bull run, not in our lifetimes, but in the history of the U.S. stock market. All good things come to an end and I'm being cautious at this time. The market, as a whole just seems a little stretched to me.

I think about this often, and am considering buying some puts when the market corrects.  I kicked myself in 2008 because I felt that I knew it was coming and just sat & watched it go down, down, down.  Next time, I might just load up on some puts.

Gild is done. That PE is low for a reason. Unless they can make a acquisition this stock will continue to languish.

I am thinking about adding TIF as well at these levels. I mean just look at the moves LB, TGT, and JWN have had the past few weeks. I'm thinking TIF can rebound as well. Nice buy on DIS. Everyone hates it now which is a good sign. Just look at what happened to AAPL after the close. Up over $6.
