Some people think a few countries in latin america will be affected by chavez death because many countries had arrangements for cheaper oil while he was alive.

The people in Venezuela are about to have a big change in the way their country is ran. And the person that fills chavez shoes will have to be very clever in eraning the devotion that chavez cultivated for so long.
