Why on earth are they paying a dividend whilst making a loss of 63c a share?
Can anyone enlighten me?

It seems crazy.

It seems crazy.

You need to look at Funds From Operations "FFO" for REIT's rather than earnings per share "EPS" that you use for normal equities.

Isnt it the (A)FFO numbers thats unreliable?
