AT&T (T) raises dividend 2.1% from $0.47/quarter to $0.48/quarter.

Loving the raise by AT&T. Increased FCF from the DirecTV deal and the cost reductions that will probably happen when uniting the two companies would have definitely allowed them to make a larger increase than the $0.01 that we are used to. But I'm happy to see them play it conservative and use the cash for something else.

I agree.  I'll take a penny from such a high yielder.  All of the extra cash flow can be used for debt repayments, share repurchases, or investment.

I've had SKT on my radar for about 18 months. I should look again.

Additionally, the board declared a supplemental dividend of $0.25/share payable along with regular dividend.
