I've tried PM and Email to you but both gave me an error 404. Are these set up?

Hi DW -- Sorry to hear that. I thought they were set up and functioning properly -- I have received PMs from others, but not in a while. I'll look into it when I have a few minutes.
UPDATE: Just sent you a PM, and it seems to have gone through (no error messages, anyway). Hope you get it!
