Dividend Growth Data - KenBob - 12-18-2013

A good resource for dividend growth data is Dividata at the following:

http://dividata.com/

It shows the dividend history of most stocks in both tabular and graphic format.

Another great resource for historical dividend growth is Robert Allan Schwartz's dividend growth company information web site.

Good links. Thanks guys.

Another I like is http://longrundata.com. Good to cross-check with other sources of information. You probably all know about it already but thought it was a good add for any new investors that show up.

Nice site!

A link was posted to dividendchannel.com over on my Income Investing and Beyond. With it you can compare the performance of two tickers at the same time. Site requires registration and an email. Several years ago I set up a junk email account with Yahoo and only use that address for such sites. That way the registration doesn't add any junk to my real email account.

Type in the ticker, then scroll to bottom right to set up the comparison. Result give total return with dividend re-investment and without dividend re-investment.

Alex,

I tried that link. I didn't have to provide an email address or otherwise register, and the site works as you describe. The results are very close to longrundata.com, so I'm going to bookmark it and use it for quick comparisons.

Thanks!

dividata.com looks nice, but seems to have a bit old data?

I use http://dividendhistory.org/ which give a nice overview of ex-dividend and payment dates.
