Added some Vz. It’s beaten down with close to 8% yield. Everyone seems to want to run from it. Fastgraph recommended recently as well. Divvy well covered with free cash flow. Happy to wait it out at these levels.

On July 6th I had my first transactions of this year.
Added to TD, O, AMGN, WEC NEE, NKE, JNJ, CSCO, DIS
Opened CMSCA, AEP
2021 ended with 42 companies
2022 with 40.
Now back to 42.
Last year T left the house. Looking at VZ, yet to me a BBB+ currently seems more a hold than a buy/open.

I'm curious about DIS. I haven't been in that name since 2018 or so. You'd think with their attempted monopoly on American culture that they would be flying high but they never seem to. Do you see a brighter future for them?

Look's I should binge less Disney+ and read more.
Disney ... Holding a picture of 1969 showing me with SnowWhite on vinyl. Started buying DIS in 2017. Caught the falling knife on 3/23/2020. Future earnings growth seems 20%+. May the dividend pay my Disney+ subscription some day. In Fastgraphs we trust.
