I agree and am seriously considering dumping mine. The problems didn't just start with the lawsuits, it's grown EPS at just 5% annually over the last 15 years.
I'd give up some yield doing so but shouldn't have much trouble finding a replacement with better growth.

As much as I love the Canadian banks I start to get a feeling I'm a bit overweight in them. Not a bad place to be for sure, but I might have to stop adding to them soon.
