Which is the better buy for the next 5-10 years? - divmenow - 05-15-2017 There are some good bargains on sale. TGT, NKE, VZ, IBM and CVX. If you had to pick one today which would you buy for the next 5-10 years? I'm leaning toward NKE. I know IBM, VZ and CVX pay a bigger dividend but for me NKE has more growth over the next decade. Thoughts? RE: Which is the better buy for the next 5-10 years? - ChadR - 05-15-2017 I would agree with you and also say NKE. Though I think CVX is a close second. Once oil comes back (and it always does) the dividends that I have been reinvesting and will do wonders for me.
