Anyone WMB investors?

I have a few shares and liked that Williams was going to absorb their partnerships, kind of following in the footsteps of KMI so-to-speak. But this ETE kind of came out of nowhere and I have mixed feelings about this happening. WMB refused the first offer but what's next?

I kind of liked WMB to a somewhat different investment then KMI, felt like it complimented my portfolio nicely.

KMI is getting tempting again.

Dont own it, but yeah KMI is looking tempting again, although I have a full position.

I was thinking of topping up my other pipeline holding (although thats close to a full position) - Inter Pipeline (IPL.TO), but all pipelines have jumped with this news of consolidation/absorption.

Another interesting development: Enbridge (ENB) announced some restructuring plans - transferring assets of up to $30B to Enbridge Income Fund (ENF.TO)

(Btw, this is seen as an aggressive move and has resulted in ENB being downgraded to BBB from S&P and Moodys)
