Can we have a proper crash please? I disagree. There are a lot of bargains out there that are paying more then a 4% yield. MSFT is a great name but even with the dip and has had a great run over the last 5 years. Can we have a proper crash please? Market is looking a little froggy again, but a lot of stuff can be nibbled here. I think next few weeks are better though. Just need a few more random companies to miss and cause some collateral damage. RE: What I Am Buying Today. - divmenow - 07-22-2022 Added a few NOC with pulled dividends. Man VZ, T, SNAP ect all in trouble with spending adds and people not paying their bills. Signs of a recession RE: What I Am Buying Today. - Mr1share - 07-22-2022 Bought some META at $170 RE: What I Am Buying Today. - Kerim - 07-22-2022 Bought a few GOOG. RE: What I Am Buying Today. - divmenow - 07-22-2022 Added TLT RE: What I Am Buying Today. - Mr1share - 07-25-2022 New positions in HAS Added GOOG and META RE: What I Am Buying Today. - Mr1share - 07-25-2022 Added NEM as well at a 52 week low RE: What I Am Buying Today. - Marknew - 07-26-2022 Added TGT, GOOG, MSFT, IIPR and KR RE: What I Am Buying Today. - kered - 07-26-2022 I keep seeing people buying GOOG. Is there a reason you're buying GOOG and not GOOGL? I know I'll never own enough for my votes to matter but I'd still like the option. RE: What I Am Buying Today. - Kerim - 07-26-2022 Just bought a few more GOOG. Looking forward to earnings tonight. I'll either be glad I bought more now, or we'll be looking at an even better (lower) price tomorrow. Trying to frame it as a win / win. Kered -- no idea. I bought my first shares back in 2018, and I don't remember why I chose GOOG over GOOGL. Now I just keep buying GOOG to keep my accounts neat. I think back then GOOGL was trading at a premium, but I'm a little startled to see GOOGL trading a bit lower than GOOG now. Interesting. I wouldn't be amazed if they meld back together some year. It's unnecessary confusion IMO. |
