I've got a written plan, but it is generally headings and numbers, not so thoughtfully written out as this. It actually looks a little daunting to me, but I may just take a crack at something like this. I especially like how you've combined the details of a very specific plan with a sprinkling of inspiration and wisdom. My favorite line is the self-reminder:
