Good Morning and Congratulations on DOW 25,000 (1/4/18) !!

Looking for some Excel experts.

I've been researching what my "number" should be.  This led me to this article and some of the readers comments:
Retirement Numbers Are Hokum

So I dug deeper and put together this calculator.  There is an old joke about Aviators:  "What do you do for a living Rob?   Well, I'm a PealotPilot, Pilate, err, ahh....I fly jets."   That's me in a nutshell when it comes to Excel.

If anyone has a second, would you check my work please?

And if this works, makes sense, and can be used by our group here, please repost this in the most appropriate forum.

Thank you in advance

Rob

The only thing that really throws me is line 5.

Enter 1 for interest paid on 1st, or 1 for interest paid at end of month

Should one of those 1s be a 0?

Absolutely.   I'll fix that.  Formula wise it is making the correct calculation?
I believe that the formula is correct. But like you, I know enough excel to be dangerous.
Hmmm, I try to capture it, it says I need to login, Im logged it but it wont open for me. :-(
