Here is a write-up I did discussing my decision to sell Mallinckrodt (MNK) and go with Becton, Dickinson and Company (BDX) in my dividend growth portfolio.

I still hold a little MNK with my investment club, but decided it didn't fit very well for a DGI portfolio.

I also strongly considered Stryker (SYK) but thought BDX was a bit better value right now.
