Dividend Growth Forum

I ran across STR earlier today on a list of dividend champions and I can not find a whole lot of analysis on it.  Has anyone else researched and/or purchases this stock?

P/E: 15.2
Yield: 4.43%
Payout ratio: 67%
Dividend Growth Streak: 35 years
5 yr DGR: 8.2%
D/E: 1.15

It has been on my watch list for quite a while now, all numbers look solid but I haven't had time to look beyond the basics.

I am kicking myself for not picking up this Gas Utility when I was looking at it before. The price has recently jumped to $25 from sub-20 because it is being purchases by Dominion (D).
