http://annualreports.com/ is a nice resource allowing one stop searching for annual reports to either be ordered for hard copies or downloaded electronically.

I've found only about 10% of the companies I've searched for have hard copies immediately available. Almost all companies I've searched for have a nice info page with direct links to download the latest annual report e.g. http://annualreports.com/Company/vf-corporation

Follow up on this: I ordered the hard copies of the reports on the 19th and received them today, the 25th.
